Nick qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and has spent over 13 years advising businesses on commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
He brings experience from both sides of the legal relationship. He spent a decade in the corporate team of a law firm handling IP licences, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, distribution agreements, and business sales. He then moved in-house, spending three years as the sole legal resource for a group of seven companies — drafting all contracts and advising the board directly on risk management. That combination of private practice depth and in-house practicality means he understands what businesses actually need from their contracts, not just what the law requires.
